Lean Strategy has evolved from years of experience in the practical application of Continuous Improvement methodologies in various industries. Throughout this journey what became apparent is that no matter what the industry, successful,
sustainable improvement is achieved through people not just through the application of tools and methodologies.
Every organisation has an abundance of untapped in-house intellect that with the right guidance can address an organisation’s most complex problems. By collaborating with our clients Lean Strategy provides the guidance, coaching and mentoring required to effect sustainable improvement.
WHAT WE DO
All of our offerings are a product of the skills and experience of our team members. From consulting, coaching and mentoring, training and program management we carefully select individuals that have the correct skills and experience to fulfill specific client needs. By creating multidisciplinary teams we are able to shape our offering to our clients to ensure that we deliver the required objectives and outcomes for the best value for money.
Given our belief that successful change and improvement is achieved through people, our first step is always to work together with our client and their personnel to clearly define their requirements.
Depending on the size of the engagement this may mean creating a project team comprising of client members and Lean Strategy personnel who will work together through to project completion. Alternatively, for smaller engagements we may just provide the right individual to guide and coach client teams throughout their project.
Our team members come from a wide variety of backgrounds however, one common characteristic is their belief that there is no ‘one size fits all solution for every client. Each engagement is assessed to understand the outcomes required and then a bespoke service is designed for each client. These services may take the form of training, coaching and mentoring to create internal capability or a full consulting engagement where we provide the full team to define, manage and deliver the project.
